The 45km drive from the airport is an experience in itself. After leaving Al Massira Airport, you'll join the coastal highway heading north. The route passes through:

Aourir (Banana Village) — a small town known for its banana plantations and local market. Many surfers stay here as a quieter alternative to Taghazout.
